Product is the getnotehouse.com website and Notehouse software operated by Notehouse, Inc.

Notehouse does not sell data to third parties, nor does Notehouse provide User data to any third-party services that sell data to third parties.
Notehouse will keep User Submitted Data for thirty days following the date of your final billing period at the end of your subscription (“Thirty-Day Data Retention Period”) after which time your User account and User Submitted Data will be permanently deleted and your data will no longer exist on Notehouse or third party servers licensed by Notehouse. It is your sole responsibility to download, print, or copy any of your User Submitted Data before the expiration of your Thirty-Day Data Retention Period. Notehouse shall not be liable to the User or any person for the deletion or failure to store any User Submitted Data arising from the account holder’s decision to terminate a subscription or delete an account. You will receive an email prior to the end of the Thirty-Day Data Retention Period giving you the option to re-subscribe.
Under certain circumstances, Notehouse, Inc. may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
