IDEAL (Intelligence Determination Essence About Learning) is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages transition into their next chapter, whether that is transitioning from high school to college, redefining life goals or career goals, or navigating opportunities with disabilities. There is no age limit to growth, and IDEAL's mission is to support individuals at every stage of that journey.

Over the past five years, IDEAL has expanded its initiatives to serve young adults, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. As the organization grew, so did the need for a system that could support that growth.
